Not resolved

Good day, every year I've problem with recertification, every year I'm told it's not time, I tell the person that it came on my phone and this my yearly time, so then I go on line with unable to do my recertification and cut off, it's sad that people don't want to do the job they were hire for, I did a new enrollment on the 2nd of June, 2018 Still waiting for my minutes and forms to come in the mail. I also have problem on upgrading my phone, I was told over and over that I've to pay when the upgrade phones are free and mostly everyone in my building been upgraded to a better phone, Thank you Ms. Hicks
