I keep trying to add my minutes every month with the 555 input. It always says system unavailable try later.

Then I end up having to wait a long time on the cust service line to enter a series of codes and/or "enroll" again! I use my phone and make the monthly required call, but am afraid to use it too much because I do not know when I will get my minutes and am on disability and can not afford to buy any.

I had the same problem and the people at this email address helped me fix my issue. I know that the email is going to the company themselves but the people handling these emails are very good.
