For over a month I've been receiving calls to recertify my Safelink phone service. I receive the phone because I'm on Social Security.

I've called them, I've recertified with them. I've sent them my proof of being on Social Security. I've written to their headquarters in Oregon to stop these calls and texts to my phone but nothing has been done. How do I get them to stop?

I don't want to lose my phone, but I'm tired of this. I get three calls every morning. I don't bother answering them. They also text me and I text back that I have recertified.

When I check on the internet, it says I do not need to recertify, that they have all the information they need.

So what can be done with this situation? They are robo calls - do I contact an attorney and get them to work on this as it's against FTC laws about robo calls.

Reason of review: Robo calls.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

I liked: Phone & the service.

I didn't like: Continuous robo calls, Cant understand a word customer service saids.
