I can't report my phone stolen. Every time I try to contact somebody I just get sent back to the beginning of process.
I have important numbers that I don't want people calling on my stolen phone. I have spent three hours trying to get a hold of some one to report stolen phone. Safelink purposely gives people the run around so they can continue receiving money for the service. When I try to get a hold of somebody they send me to a different site.
Mean while my personal information is being passed around to who knows who. Its like this complaint form that request at least a 100 words.
what I need to say I can say in about twenty. MY PHONE WAS STOLEN AND I NEED TO DEACTIVATE IT.....
