All you get is a runaround of customer service people who keep calling other departments and then that person asks the same questions the other person already asked! I still have a phone that doesn't work and when I asked the address to send it back, was told to just keep it and do whatever I wanted with it so I said, "And what am I supposed to do with it since it doesn't work?" I bet if I try to reapply for another replacement phone I'll be told I already have one that they sent and only one is allowed per person even though the one I have doesn't work and the rep. said to keep it!
