three calls, on three different days to many agents to remember, including a "supervisor" going over the information with each agent number times and waiting on their system to do whatever it does to get help is bad. EVERY time I call, they have to "verify" what I told the last agent I spoke with.

Finally got new phone, but has taken 30 minutes so far on while they work the account. How long can it take????

Agent keeps telling me she is waiting on the system to respond. Been waiting on her to work the account to the system to respond way to long.
