I called Safe link on 9/30/11to ask them why I was being charged $1 instead of $.30 for text messaging. I had over 865 minutes on my phone.
This past Saturday,10/1/11, I woke up with 250 minutes. I am VERY PISSED. Safe link took my minutes and changed my plan without my permission. I'm not going to let this rest.
Last month, I had over 1,000 minutes because they rolled over. Now this? This is not being handled professional like a business should.
I just want my minutes back. This is a shame.
