safelink continues to call telling me my service needs to be renewed but it has been renewed & I have service. I nned safelink to stop calling me.
The people calling me from safelink just barely speak English making the fact that I have service difficult for them to understand me. PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP CALLING ME ABOUT A NON-ISSUE.
Safelink appears not to be able to determine that my service is active. One would think that a service provider was able to me more professional & more proficient at determinning the state of their clients accounts & have English speaking callers.
