i got my phone and called to activate it, and it said it was activated and to dial 611 for technical assistance. so i did.
i didn't even know my phone number. it took the guy who barely spoke english and didn't understand me 45 min (mostly on hold while he checked with a supervisor) to tell me he couldn't give me my number! i had to call my daughter and see what came up on her caller id!
Now today it says it needs to be activated still! But when i try to dial the number for activation or 611 or anything else it says "emergency calls only!!!" WTF so now i guess i have to apply for another one from a different company
