I reported My SafeLink Phone Stolen, and a replacement phone was sent to me. However the Darn thing does NOT Work!!!!!

I can not get my airtime nor can I get the darn thing to set to the correct and current date 7 time. What is up with that????? Some how the original phone was returned to me, at that time I sent an email to them letting them know that I got it back. And that the 2nd phone did not work .

Could they Please put the service back on to the 1st phone. Nothing!!! Nothing has been done for either one of the phones!!

I do not know what to do about it except complain again and again to them until they do something! Please don't let this happen to You!!
