Not resolved

I spent hours trying to apply yesterday, but because I (and 3000 other people) live in a town with no mail delivery I don't qualify. All of my supporting documents have my street address, but they don't care.

If they can't find your address in the postal service database you don't get service. Not only that, but the representative I talked to insisted that the FCC wouln't allow them to give service to anyone without residential mail delivery. Assurance says they've never heard of that rule, but unfortunately Assurance is not available in Arizona.

After reading these reviews maybe it's just as well. I can't wait for Assurance to come to Arizona!
