Not the first time it has happened first time 157 minutes gone just three days ago over 550 minutes taken-will not return minutes-was going to contact the AG IN THIER state and was told there located in Belize nobody speaks English when you call them,ask for a supervisor, and you will be put on hold a very long time ,without a doubt the worst company to deal with when calling on telephone,you will soon realize its not free when you have to spend hours on phone explaining that someone took my minutes total bs who do you contact regarding a matter like this-not acceptable
