I moved to another state, informed Safelink right away, told I was OK since I had just got phone 1 month prior in Florida. Updated address with them also.

2 months later I am De-enrolled because I moved. Went thru *** for weeks being hung up on, lied to, ect. Re enrolled, finally after sending proof of address twice, doing phone interview process twice. 2 months later I am shut off again.

Could not get a correct answer as to why to save my life. Finally 2 weeks later was told I was again de enrolled because my utility bill was not approved when it was 2 months prior. I was called a liar said it could not have been. I still have no phone 2 months later.

Can't use a different provider as apparently I have to wait a year of service to be able to transfer. Going to the FCC, I've had enough!
