I was happy with my first phone for years, when the battery would no longer charge, I had to get a new phone, then another plus chargers. Constant battle.

Now a two month old battery needs to be replaced. The charger cord broke and they won't replace it. Each time you ask for a supervisor, you get the same B who won't do anything until you report the company. Now they say you don't get rollover minutes unless you pay for them.

No one received any notification about changes.

I need my phone to stay in touch with my doctors and get medical transportation. The US government is paying billions to this company and this is how they treat customers.
