After supposedly recertifying 3 months in a row over the phone, my service was suspended. They claim 2 people in house had service.
When I started using that address I spoke to customer srvc explaining I was homeless & this was a mailing address only because I knew it was a safe place to get my mail. There was no problem for 15 months then no service. Causing me to miss 2 job offers & an apt. Told had to reapply, new app be sent next day.
6 TIMES. 4 months later got it. Called, asked for a supervisor, put on hold then same guy came back on line pretending he was supervisor. I hung up.
Now they susp person who actually lives at address & very I'll leaving no way to contact doctors.
Real piece of work... 48 days ago he was told new app would be sent & wld have in 10 days.
