Havent added my minutes. When I contacted safelink I was asked to hold while they checked my files this went on for 35to40 minutes.

Then was told to keep my phone in for 24 hours to allow update. I did what she asked and still no minutes. And since this service isnt working I was forced to pay my metro account just so I could call safelink and get the run around once again from safelink customer service.

Laat month i was assured that I would not have to call everymonth to get minutes added. Ya right

Agree, tracfone tech tmobile wallmart and safelink all sister companies. They need to have American tech available.

This techs are liars and very lazy. I have recorded conversation s with them.
