Now Safelink customer service is calling me a liar..Now everyone can see what you will go throught with Safelink/Tracfone..Time to file a complain with the BBB..a lot of good that will do but it is better then nonthing..As I had mentioned before..our government is 17 trillion in debt and they still give money to a company like this..

Just spent a hour playing email tag with Safelink and as expecter I got no where...Some guy named Matt told me to contact him and when I did it was some girl named Lisa that answered back...Use Safelink/Tracpone and expect Poor,Rude customer service and nothing ever getting done!(The spelling is a play on words the pone is a type of indian cornbread that is nasty)

Being a senior and didabled I thought the Lifeline phone was a good idea,boy was I wrong!! Safelinks ad shows LG,Samsung and Motorola phones but I was sent a junk Alcatel phone so I went out and bought my own LG phone and had them transfer the number to it. Well the 1st day I got 3 emails and 4 calls/messeages on the phone from Tracpone all of which took minutes off my phone..Called Tracpone on my landline NOT my cell phone and talked with a Very Rude customer service rep.with very poor English(they are all English as 2nd Language) and told them not to send me emails,messages or calls..When I got off the phone I noticed that they had taken 13 minutes off my cell phone as if I had called them on the cell and not my landline..If you want a lifeline phone and want to deal with Rude ripoff people that our government pays for Safelink.Assurance all of them owned by Tracpone.Have fun..Just a warning to tell people what to expect.I'm calling my congressman and State rep.to raise H*ll but we all know how much good that will do..17 trillion in debt and they will still give more money to companies like this!!
I will update as time goes on because I know the trouble is going to continue.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Stealing, Rude customer service poor english.
