Phone reported lost on October 8, 2105 Customer Service Representative reported phone would be delivered in 7 days. Today is October 29,2015 Customer Service representatives have reported that the phone will not be shipped as warehouse has none to ship.

Customer service made guarantees everytime they where contacted that the phone was on its way. 15 calls where made to customer service # 1-800-378-1684. Today when customer service was contacted once again they reported 7 to 10 days. I called back again to make sure it was shipped and then i was told they have none to ship.
