I have to call each month to get my free minutes. They also tell me I need to do a review which I also do every month.
What's up with this company. Plus I'm on the phone with them for 1 hour each time I have to call them. What do you do when you don't have a landline to call them? This service has went down hill considerably.
Also a government funded service and customer service is in another country. Really?
Way a way to go Safelink. I would not recommend this cell phone service to anyone even though it's free.
