Safelink Wireless - Recertification woes

Re-certified my mom's phone 10/19/2018 via text, fax, and mail. Received a text that my message would be processed. As of yet it has not! Attempted to re-certify yet again using the same processes as before. Called customer service to inquire why the phone has not been activated or is not working, the customer service person (whom I found extremely difficult to understand stated that it would take about 48 hours for them to receive my information and that I should call back in about 48 hours to check on the status. If I sent a fax and a text, I don't understand why it will take them 48 hours to receive my information! Very displeased with the lack of customer service knowledge!
