Numerous of times, Customer Service sea departments all gave different stories on why or why not you are not eligible m, I mean we all have the same information. It's the worst thing I went through over summer, It's like the money or the phone is coming from their pocket an I don't appreciate h kw they lie, an disrespect a human being.

Made 3 attempts to update my 84year old mothers phone....sent in documentation called and each time told different stories...and transferred at least 3x's...outsource out of country...finally hung up on!

I applied for a phone in early June through the website and I haven't heard anything or receive a phone yet. Disappointed because my friend went thru a different company and had her phone and service on in 14 days. Now I wish I went thru that company. Going to text her and get the name of the company.
