Safelink Wireless - Do not use SafeLink; they are the worst service on the planet!

Dropped calls, person on other side of line can't hear me, people calling me say they reach recording "unable to complete call. Also when I turn off data bc I'm using WiFi, the data mysteriously turns itself back on, which I don't immediately notice since I'm still connected to WiFi. Complaints to customer service go unresolved bc SafeLink out sources customer service to a foreign company who's employees ability to speak English is below average and they talk in circles, aka bs so nothing is ever resolved.

I posted my original review about how bad safelink wireless is. They posted a response on this site saying how the wanted to straighten out the situation and inviting me to chat.

As usual the chat was a total waste of time as they still will not replace my malfunctioning phone. Stay away from this company, they are seriously a bad company that takes advantage of people and loves taking Uncle Sam's money. They are getting paid for providing lifeline service to a virtually unusable phone.

The government needs to cancel their contract with Safelink a.s.a.p. because they are not providing the agreed to service.
