I got a email saying to call if my brother safelink not here.To call now if havent receive phone.The woman that handle the call was cold.
Kept me on phone. Told her i have confirmation number.Then i check email again. I told her i have enail from fedex. The phone ship.
Will be here tomorrow. She kept saying it not what i have here. I said i have tracking . She said again i told you 3 times.
I have sonething diffetebt. VERY HATEFUL.why didnt she just say if not here within few days. Call back? I ask her for her name.
