I was wanting to know why I filled out my application to get my Gov Phone then they sent me a letter in mail asking me to send them proof of I'd I sent the a copy of my licenses along with the letter they sent me they said as soon as they processed the letter they would send my phone to me I haven't received it yet I was wondering what the hold up is because I really could use it that's why I filled out the application for it & its know it's been plenty enough time to get to me can u plz help or tell me something
