My parents have extremely poor eye sight and are in their mid 90s. My dad is a veteran.

The phone they sent is tiny so they can't use it. I understand you can now BYOP ? Someone from safelink keeps calling them with broken English.barely understandable.

Something about being urgent.Left a phone number, but when I call no one knows why. Very annoying for elderly!!!
