having trouble redeeming airtime for safelink wireless, minutes will not load automatically and the option to add and/or redeem is not listed u der the prepay option. Call the support line and can not get ahold of an actual person to talk to and the automated system is no help at all.

Also, the email ive seen in other reviews does not seem to be active any longer.

If anyone knows a way to resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated as i rely on this phone for the time being for work. Thank you in advance.
