Safelink wireless is forcing individual to call them and be transferred to agents overseas to verify there eligibility. People have to give out confidential information to Safelink wireless agents overseas to keep there lifelines.

How can Safelink wireless people be forced to give condidential information to people overseas who could use that information for fraud or who are terrorists. And to think this federally funded program and Safelink wireless uses those funds to support people overseas. No wonde we are going to lose the life line sustem.

Congress should stop funding to Safelink wireless until they stop this behavior and stop supporting people in other countries and stop forcing American to give these people are confidential information endagering life line customer and American citizens.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
