i paid 15 dollars for the 15 dollars unlimited plan they cut my phone and told they could not find my payment and for me to wait till next month to receive my free mins so i asked to speak with the manager the manager had a bad attitude with me how you'll got employees working with attitude i pay my money every month and its always a problem i need to speak corporate to file customer complaint because they treat customer like we nothing

Details
The phone just stopped calling out and sending incoming calls to voicemail two days ago. I have been on the phone literally for 5 hours. Each technician continues to tell me the same stupid thing repeatedly all day and the phone is still not working. What kind of insane mess is this. The technicians don't have the ability to repair the phone or correct the problem. I think the phone is a hunk of junk and the real solution is to replace it with something of a better quality.

Tracfone who runs safe link and other brands have all their customer service/ call center in the Philippines. You call, sorry, I have no script to read from my computer.

wtf!!! impossible to get any help as they are just a reseller of t-mobile, sprint, verizon and att.

I have 467 minutes on my phone but no service ... only found that out after my 92 yr old father fell and broke his shoulder and hip and laid out in the yard because no one could reach me ...
