Safelink Wireless - Help no service

I have 467 minutes on my phone but no service ... only found that out after my 92 yr old father fell and broke his shoulder and hip and laid out in the yard because no one could reach me ... I was given know notification that service would. Stop ... I did the recertification months ago and now this. ... what can I do!!!!
