I told them at the end of the year I was forced to keep it that I would be going to another provider due to their awful service & they went ahead & renewed me anyway, which has locked me in for another 60 days unless the FCC fixes it. Safelink Wireless - Never a problem till now......

I purchased an unlimited pin and put it on my phone as usual and mid January i go to use my phone and it says i cant make the call because there isn't any time.
