I have tried calling safelink soooo many times only to beleft on hold for over 30 monutes until i bave to hang up to get on with my life .i dont get the free minutes, the call back, nohelp ,just frustration trying to reach the unreachable. The free phone igot is 956 321 5564 .the phone i borrow to make this long long calls to safelink is 9562501690. Is goverment program real or a rip off.

I'm trying to find out if all of my minutes are free, or if the free minutes start at a certain time (7/9 0'clock p.m.) and are free all weekend.I go to the Safelink website, and the website shows "Enrollment I.D.", and last four digits of my soc.etc. no., it also shows "Forgot enrollment I.D", which one assumes means you get asked for you e-mail address, put that in, and your I.D. is then e-mailed to you; so you can go back to website, put I.D....

I was told I would get 350 minutes with my phone.They gave me 20. They say it is because I live in Oregon. I thought this was a federal program. I know other folks nearby who got 350 minutes. Why not me? I am fully qualified. I would like to know where I can return this useless phone? I have no way to call them and spend hours straightening this out. If there was someone there who spoke english it would help but I still dont have a way to call....
