Safelink Wireless in Carson City, Nevada - Last March safelink sent me an old used phone that never worked right. I filed a review with you that probably helped me get a new phone. Just got it a few days ago. GOD DAMN FRICKING TELEPHONE NIGHTM

CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 TIMES. I had to disconnect because I couldn't understand the -----. None of them knew what to do and the whole thing has been a waste of time. PLEASE, CAN'T THESE COMPANIES HIRE AMERICANS!!!!!!!!!!.My new phone doesn't ring, I can't call out and what the *** is WIFI CALLING ERROR THAT REQUIRES A 911 ADDRESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T KNOW!! I have wifi coming into my apt. and a computer and a tablet. I just don't know how to use this Fing phone!!!

I did recertify. I was told I didn't have to do anything else. I constantly get postcards telling me that I have to use my phone at least once a month--how can I do this when the phone has been shut off. What kind of company is this? The customer service is ridiculous....

I’ve had this safelink number for a few years now , and when I call people someone else’s name appears on the caller ID , not my name . I can’t seem to get this resolved, very frustrating cause some people don’t answer calls if they don’t recognize the name .
