I am extreamlypissed cause I had safelink service and it was working fine. then 1month I no longer get my minutes so I called them and they said "were sorry but someone else has used your address to get service so therefore we cancelled your service" due to 1 phone per household.
I have lived there for 15 years alone and every time I call I am get halfway thru a conversation when I call I get disconnected or told to give them another address.
I don't have another address cause I only have 1 home! Safelink is a crock of ***!
