My 90 year old mom misplaced her phone, so we called the company to let them know she misplaced it , well they had turned her phone off but then just a few days later she found it and called them back and they kept her phone off instead of turinig it back on for her. And wanted to send her a new sim card and then they would reactivate it, well needless to say it has not come and she needs a phone now and not later so , forget about sending a sim card and keep your so called phone service too I already bought her a phone and she dont need to recertify eighther.

So please know that this kind of phone service is NOT worth the HASSLE. Donnie McCrackin Sallies son of 54 years, and cares about the folks that needs there phone and not get jerked around by a silly phone company like this one.
