My phone was stolen two weeks ago. I have been calling customer service for two weeks. I can't get a person to talk to. I only get the automated system.

How can I get my phone replaced? This is the worse wireless company. I have been without my phone too long. I need to talk to a customer service representative not a machine.

You all customer service is awful. How are people suppose to reach you all if there is an emergency. Calling 1-800-378-1684 is doing me no good.

Every time I call this number I get the automated system. I follow the instructions and still get no answer!!
