So they said it would be 7 to 10 days before i got the phone ok 24 hours later they unassigned my old phone to where i didn't have a phone at all for about 5 days. month ago i qualified for an upgrade in my phone ok .

So the phone arrived 5 days later and it was supposed to be ready to go Well i have 3,185 minutes on my old phone which the 7th phone call again to then they said it would be transferred over well Yesterday i called again 4 phone calls in the same hour i was told my new phone is not compatible so my remaining minutes can not be transfered The people you talk to are insane they must be hired from the jail also the service is appalling .

They hang up on you and Managers and Supervisor are what kids ? hummmmmmmmmm

Preferred solution: is to have all my calling minutes re stated as was a proposed agreement.
