Every morning for the past three months or more I get at least three texts saying I need to call them to recertify. I've called them several times and was told I do not need to recertify.

It's hard to understand them as they don't speak clear English. I've looked online, put in my activation number and it says all the necessary paperwork has been approved. It tells me I do not need to recertify....still, the texts continue every morning. I've written a letter to their customer service headquarters in, I believe, Milwaukie, Oregon, but that didn't help either.

No one got back to me about this, and no one stopped the texts.

This is getting to be ridiculous! No sense in calling them back because no one is doing anything about this.

Safelink wireless sucks try another service like Assurance wireless phones are smart phones and service is way better !!

Dump 'em. To this day I have never owned or carried a cellular device ; an extra expense, more people bugging me, equipment problems , billing issues ; all of this I do not need.
