I started in Jan. 2017.
Called in my app, did all paperwork by mail, sent multiple copies by mail, got a letter from SSI,(not good enough) faxed, wrote, called. There is nothing else to do. Don't believe you can do this by mail or phone. Maybe some people have luck doing it on the computor.
I don't know much or care to about a computor. I could probably buy a Walmart phone by now for what I spent on copies I made, info I've sent, faxes I've sent, and time I spent on the phone. Good luck to anybody dealing with Safelink, I'm done. Oh ya, today's date is August 15, 2017'.
