Tried to transfer number and activate new replacement phone. Cannot speak to a real person, just computer transfers all over the place.
Never get someone to talk to. No customer service at all. Doing this for my 87 year old mother-in-law because she was so mad at the old phone because it did not work she threw it away. Now they have no record of that phone according to the computer, mainly because it did not work for the last 2 months.
They do not list a phone number that you can use to contact them, probable the two people working there cannot answer 100 calls per hour. Good luck if you get one of these phones and hope you never have any problems with it or you will be out of luck.

The most disappointing about safelink wireless technical support at Safelink Wireless was lack of customer service and not able to talk to a real person about phone problems , but reviewer liked free 250 minutes. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
