Oh My God I know what your talking about. I am about to cancel this free service.

I wish to GOD I would have never signed up for the service. I signed up for the service because it was free but it's about to cause me a nervous breakdown. They never sent me a phone but they say they did. Then they told me I would have to go buy a tracfone to use this service so I did.

Well it's been a nightmare all day on the phone trying to get my minutes moved to this phone. I don't believe they will ever do it. I'm am so sick of calling them. They keep telling me I lost the first phone when I never even received the phone.

Now that I bought one, they can't even get my minutes moved to it. UGGGGHHHHH!!!!

Why did I ever sign up for this TORTURE! GOD HELP ME!
