My senior dad was with safelink for years until Nov 2017. They just randomly cancelled his service.
Forcing him to have to send multiple papers and stuff. He has been dealing with them since this weekend Feb 25, 2018.. He gave up on them and decided to go with another company and pay monthly..
Now if this company is trying to get its consumers to pay something monthly, this horrible business model. First you *** off your costumers by playing this bait and switch game.
Forcing them to dislike your company and also come on websites such as these providing *** poor reviews..
This is a successful route to getting shut down do to poor business..
