My balance of minutes were 15,400 on 12/19/17. Your representatives couldn't my new phone to take those minutes so they input an unlimited card 30 day card to my account with ending date of 1/18/18.

On the that date they assured me that my phone would set itself to my original minutes without interruption. I've been on the phone all day with representatives. They want to only give me 1,800 minutes. This so disgusting for a company to take advantage of a customer in this way.

I suppose to lose 14,000 minutes due to your error. I would like to form a formal complaint.

And will go to media outlets if need be. This just wrong on so many levels.
