Have called 4 times in 2 weeks. Said first SIM card was bad.
Sent another one. Said they can't activate phone with him card because it's registered to a different user. They are the ones who sent it to my husband. He requires oxygen and sometimes loses his breath.
He can't call anyone because they can't get his phone to work!!
SafeLink customer service is a joke. Get rid of that company and have English speaking true Americans answer our calls.
