I'd think there should be more options on the website. Having the ability to check on certain things is a must.
Online shat can use a upgrade. Limited options on there web site is not what bring in the bacon & neither do the chat techs. 24 hour service would be a good option for customers who need service. A follow up is a good idea when wanting to keep customers happy.

I just ordered my second phone In the last five years and have had no major issues to report as of yet, never had a problem with online tech support BUT I do side with the customer support. I Have 12 years of retail service and having patients is half the battle.
