After almost a year of service, my phone unexpectedly broke. I figured I would be able to replace it without a problem because I never broke a phone before and never even called them for technical help.

Shockingly, I was wrong. Because of the sticker color on my battery, I was told that I am ineligible for relacement. I guess the fault was mine. The phone was used as an emergency phone for my teenage son, who has autism.

Still, they will not replace it. C'mon now....really?! The representative told me to remove the SIM card and put it in another phone.

I told him just to close my account instead. Nevermind them!
