I've had a safe link phone for years but recently it's become impossible to deal with this company.My cell phone states I have 316 minutes & Service until 01-31-2018 with 116 service days left, yet I'm unable to use my phone & when I try to use it it states to press #1 to be reinstated but nothing never happens when I do? I've called this company many times & with no assistance & in fact they continue to put me on hold & never come back on line?
So, how can my cell phone show all of what I have state above?
but yet when I attempt to call their Tech Help # I get no where & am just put on hold. Since this is a Government program for this cell phone I will file a complaint with them & let them know it is a waste of their money.
