This company is a joke and an insult. When we had issues the "manager" stated that we should just spend more money or go elsewhere and leave them alone.

Then we were transferred to a senior manager who did not understand us well and we could not understand her due to her broken English. She stated that it was not their fault that we were "retards that can't use a phone" referring to my 89 year old father. The phone did not work and the volume was so low we could not hear anything. I programmed the loudest possible but there was no change.

The senior manager sated that it was not her fault that we were deaf, (though we are not) and simply said tough luck.

Can't wait to get rid of them. AVOID THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!
